Please read the following prior to viewing the initial hospital admittance photo:

1). Postmortem photographs, not representing Kerianne’s actual condition upon admittance to the hospital were shown to the jury and Ryan’s defense as fact, as to what her condition was arriving at the hospital after being with Ryan. These photographs revealed horrific bruising on Kerianne.

2). These bruises were not caused by Ryan as you will clearly see in the photo you’re about to view. These bruises were caused over a period of time by multiple hands touching Kerianne. From the paramedics transporting her to the hospital, the doctors, and nurses in the hospital, as well as lifesaving equipment.

3). Kerianne’s condition had been deteriorating over time due to an old head injury (subdural hematoma) that was caused while she was still in utero at the hands of her biological father Nicholas Bradley. There is a public record of his 4-year imprisonment as a result of this attack.  Kerianne’s mother was brutally beaten while pregnant with Kerianne. This head injury that was caused in utero reopened 5-7 days prior to Ryan even having her in his care. Two days prior to Kerianne going into respiratory distress, she was misdiagnosed by the nurse practitioner at the pediatricians office. The family’s Pediatric Physician Assistant misdiagnosed Kerianne’s Subdural Hematoma with the stomach flu and sent her home. If this head injury would have been caught at this time, Kerianne would still be alive today.

4). On February 4, 2006, due to Kerianne’s deteriorating condition, Kerianne ultimately went into respiratory distress. Ryan performed CPR on Kerianne for nearly twenty-five minutes. Unknown at this time, Kerianne had pneumonia in both lungs causing her to aspirate a brownish foam every time Ryan would breathe for her, causing Ryan to constantly having to flip her over and scoop this foam from her mouth and throat, clearing her airway so she didn’t drown. All while calling 911 for help.

5). Photographic evidence hidden from the trial was accidentally released to the custody of Ryan’s family by the District Attorney, and just recently discovered. This evidence showed what Kerianne really looked like after being with Ryan.

6). You will see a small pink mark on the right side of her forehead from a bump on the head from a car door. Up around her hairline you will see very small pink marks, either occurring as the result of Ryan’s frantic lifesaving efforts, or the paramedics strapping her head to the gurney. This child was not beaten. You can clearly see that Ryan took absolute care of Kerianne while desperately trying to keep her alive… And that’s exactly what he did.

Why was this photo kept hidden and not shown to the jury or shown to Ryan’s defense team?
